01. Can I pre-order items for delivery?
Yes. However, pre-order items will be specifically indicated as such; this generally applies to new releases. We will only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.
02. Can I change my order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
03. Do you offer gift wrapping options?
No, however, we can add a beautiful customized message to the order on special request.
04. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
Once we have received the item in our warehouse, we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks, subsequent to quality checks.
05. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?
Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card.
06. Do you deliver overseas?
Currently we ship only in India.
07. I have a complaint, who should I speak to?

08. Do you offer discounts on corporate or bulk orders?
We offer discounts for deliveries to the same address over certain order values.
09. How is the quality of your products?
We take a lot of pride in saying that we curate products and finalize them ourselves, hence we are able to give the best quality possible at the most affordable prices. All our products go through ‘3-Level-Quality-Check’ before they are carefully packed for delivery to our customers.
09. Will i get exact same products as shown in the website?
Please be assured about the product quality, look and feel as these products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio.
